XORVAULT respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Important Notice

XORVAULT does not host, store, or serve any media files on its own servers. All streaming content is provided by third-party sources and CDNs. We act solely as an aggregator and indexing service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

If you believe that content accessible on or through XORVAULT infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with us containing your identification, the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
